Flashback Friday: @BackstreetBoys break records at the Georgia Dome

On Feb. 19, 2000, the Backstreet Boys brought their Into the Millennium tour to the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, breaking concert attendance records and becoming the biggest concert in Georgia history.

The concert at the previous home of the Atlanta Falcons was the 5th most attended concert in American history and the most attended concert by a pop artist.

Late last year,  the Georgia Dome was demolished and next door is the magnificent Mercedez-Benz Stadium, but the record the Backstreet Boys broke still stands.

Check out a few photos from that event that I was given a few years ago below.

I'm a fangirl in my late 30's who has been a Backstreet Boys fan for over 20 years. I'm also a lover of almost all boy bands, young and old. I used to work as a journalist and now work in marketing. Oh and I love cats and tiaras.
