Update: I’m still alive, ya’ll

The My2k tour with 98 Degrees and O-Town did not kill me, I promise. I’m still alive. Barely.

Things have been a bit crazy, but my Mom is out of the hospital and in a rehab facility – thank God. She’s doing good and she’s getting stronger every day so that she can get back to walking.

This is the rehab facility and it’s so nice, much nicer than the other one and it’s right by a very historical mounting in Civil War history.

My life is still hectic, which is why, again, an excuse that this blog sucks lately. Trust me, I’m still fangirling like crazy. I finally got photos printed out from the cruise, Nick’s shows in Nashville and then the My2k tour. I rearranged the photos in my room and made a long “wall of selfies,” which looks a little crazy, but hey, what can I say?

It’s missing a few that I forgot to print so it will almost be even.

My new favorite thing is my autographed O-Town poster that Dan designed. I put it on my old wall of selfies along with my autographed Nick Carter poster that I got in Nashville.

And I’m also fangirling that Nick is finally coming to Atlanta, so he kind of kept his promise. He said he would, but it’s not for a concert. It’s for the Walker Stalker convention, so I’m hella excited. A lot of my friends will be in town (squeeeeee!) and it will be a fun weekend and I really, really need it.

I got my photo opp for Saturday with Nick but I may be coming on Friday also, and I’m going Sunday because my hope is that my Mom can go and she can finally meet Nick. She’s been around him, but never has actually met him.

So yeah, that’s all that’s been going on. Between working and trying to deal with my Mom’s stuff, my time is sparse. But my hope is that all of this gets back to normal soon.

I’m sitting at the car dealership right now getting my car serviced. I had to go in this morning to finish up a football special section at work and then I’m heading by to see my Mom for a bit before going home and trying to relax.

I got rid of cable and I’m starting to regret the decision so I need to call Comcast tonight. I really want that damn MTV Classic channel but it comes with the most expensive package. RAWR!

Oh and check out my work squad. We took the picture yesterday at work.

I’m lucky to have these people and my other friends, especially Julia and Lacy and Hannah, through this whole ordeal this summer.

But, I’m still here. ❤
