Adam Devine, you know, the guy from “Workaholics” and Fat Amy’s love interest in the “Pitch Perfect” movies, stars in the movie and I think it shows him at his best.
As many people know that have been my friend for at least six years, they know I loved the “Fifty Shades of Grey” trilogy. Sure, the writing wasn’t that of Jane Austen (one of my heroes), but it drew you in and I read all three books in three days.
There are a lot of movies that I love, especially ones that star Elvis Presley – today’s Man Crush Monday.
Finally the last movie in the “50 Shades” trilogy will be released on Valentine’s Day and we’ve got a new official trailer that, well, makes me pretty giddy! And that ending shocker…. Wow. What do you think?
I guess in a way, I always wanted to work in celebrity journalism before I even knew that was a thing. As a kid, I loved picking up the National Enquirer or People Magazine. Heck, I didn’t even know I wanted to work in journalism until I fell in love with it during college while […]
I have been a fan of Demi Lovato’s since she came out in “Camp Rock” with the Jonas Brothers, who were already established performers by that point. Yeah, I was older and in college, but who cares? Good pop music is good pop music. I thought she was going to go places when she got older […]
I’m a little late to being a Potterhead.
I have always loved “Almost Famous,” the movie starring Kate Hudson and Jason Lee that was based on Rolling Stone writer/director Cameron Crowe’s start in music journalism. I even wrote a fan fiction back in the day (2001-2002) that was based on a quote Howie Dorough said in TV Guide about the Backstreet Boys and […]
First off, when I say “I Wanna Hold Your Hand,” I don’t mean the movie starring The Beatles. That’s an awesome movie and all, but the one I’m talking about was made in 1978 and was directed by Robert Zemekis and executive produced by Steven Speilberg. Yes, those guys.
Tuesday was the 20th anniversary of one of my favorite movies, “That Thing You Do!,” being released. The movie was Tom Hanks’ directorial debut and was one of Liv Tyler’s first starring roles.
Like we did with our review of the book, “Kill The Boy Band,” Hannah and I (Karah) got into a chat and wrote while watching the premiere of the western zombie boy band movie “Dead 7.”
Can we say holy crap at the movie poster for the boy band extravaganza movie of the century? Who are we kidding, it’s the movie poster of a lifetime!
I don’t drink or do drugs, but I love stoner comedies – ie: anything with Seth Rogen or anything by Kevin Smith. (Once they did a movie together and I almost had a heart attack) My most recent favorite would probably be “This is the End” mostly because Seth, James Franco and Craig Robinson are in […]
Kevin Richardson is going to be in yet another movie, but this time, it’s a thriller. With “If I Could Tell You” just being shown for the first time in a premiere in and “The Bloody Indulgent” coming out on DVD next month, his next movie is a lot different. “Saint Mary’s” (or “Saint Mary’s […]
