#AskTheFangirl: Teen @BackstreetBoys fan asks for advice

Hey guys! So it’s been a while since I’ve done any #AskTheFangirl posts, and we have a few questions, so I figured what the heck? Let’s get to them!

What’s advice for a teenage Backstreet Boys fan from a different generation? – Melissa

First off Melissa, welcome to the Army! I don’t know how long you’ve been a fan (possibly your whole life?), but I think a few words of advice could help you in your journey in this fabulous land we call Backstreet.

First, remember that there are some people who have been BSB fans longer than you’ve been alive and take whatever they say and absorb it. We weren’t called the FBI for nothing. You can learn a lot from us older fans. Look to the older fans to learn the do’s and the don’ts of the fandom.  No one is a bigger fan because they have money to do things that you might not be able to.  A fan in India who has never seen BSB live is just as big of a fan of the group as someone who has seen them 502,402,391 times.

But the main piece of advice is just keep the Backstreet Pride alive.

How did you get Atlanta tickets for Harry [Styles] so easily? – Misha

Well, I have magic fingers. No, I really don’t know. I got lucky with that one to be honest because the venue is small and it sold out really quick. I’ve debated on selling my ticket because I need the money, but I really, really want to see him live.

Are you ever going to post more of your old stories? – Unknown

Possibly. Whenever I get the chance to. There’s still some I want to post and there are some I don’t want to post.

What’s up with this Outlander show you’re writing about? – XX

Hello XX… if only you had one more X.  LOL! Well, it’s a show on Starz that is based on some books and the show is amazing. The books, I hear, are good, also, but I just haven’t had the chance or determination to read them. They are about a WWII nurse who visits Scotland with her husband and ends up going through time by touching some rocks and ends up in the 1700s. Trust me, that doesn’t give the story justice, but I don’t want to give too much away.
